Booking is easy! Just call or text us at (440) 506-1355 and we’ll get you scheduled quickly. Whether you need a one-time clean or recurring service, we’ll work with your schedule and customize a plan that fits your home.

We understand schedules change! You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. No-shows or arrivals where we cannot access the property (locked doors, alarm issues, etc.) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

✅ Clear surfaces – Pick up toys, clothes, dishes, and personal items so we can focus on cleaning.

✅Clear the floors– Remove small items, cords, or rugs from areas you want vacuumed/mopped.

✅Dishes & sinks– Please load/run the dishwasher and clear sinks before we arrive.

✅Access & parking– Make sure we can access your home (key, code, or someone home) and that parking is available.

✅Special requests– Let us know ahead of time if there are specific areas you want extra attention or anything to avoid.

Not at all! Many of our clients let us in with a key, garage code, or lockbox and head out for the day. We’ll clean while you’re gone and send you a “before & after” photo update when we’re done. Just make sure we have clear access to your home!

Yes! We bring everything we need — eco-friendly products, vacuums, mops, cloths, and all the tools. You don’t need to provide anything unless you have a specific product you’d like us to use.

Definitely! Just let us know ahead of time if there’s something specific you want done (inside the oven, fridge, baseboards, etc.) or anything you’d like us to skip. We’re happy to customize each visit to your needs.

We gladly move lightweight furniture like chairs, small tables, and ottomans to clean underneath. For heavy or fragile items (large sofas, pianos, antiques), we’ll clean around them to avoid any damage. Just let us know your preferences when booking!
